You Will Break Production
It's going to suck but you will break something important. The more you grow in your career, the more opportunity you will have to screw things up.
When this happens (and it will) just make sure you learn as much as you can from the experience. Something going wrong can be valuable to your own growth as well as identifying weakness in your organization. You might have screwed up (and you should avoid screwing up the same way again) but could there be a systemic change that would prevent screwups like this from making it to prod?
